Our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

We offer shipping to most locations in India. We usually dispatch products from our warehouse that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. Shipping time can vary from 2 to 7 days, or occasionally longer, depending on the delivery pincode. Please note that shipping time cannot be guaranteed by us.
Any order placed after 4pm on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking link for your order on your whatsapp number or email ID.

We levy a nominal charge for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders if your PIN code is supported.
If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.

Are returns eligible?

Theater’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange order of shoes, jewellery, and bags purchased on our website within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges on intimate products such as stockings, shapewear, tights, and socks due to hygiene reasons. In the case of perfumes, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in an unused condition with all original packaging and labels. Products that do not comply with these terms will be rejected for returns or exchanges.
A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If a return is requested more than seven days after the date of delivery.

  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.

How are returns processed?

Once your request is submitted on the return link, the return request will be approved or rejected within two business days.

Once your return request is approved, a pick up will be scheduled. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 2-3 business days after your return request has been received and approved. Your refund or exchange will be initiated only after the products are received at our warehouse and pass all quality checks.

Can I cancel my order?

How will I receive the refund?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the source account( bank account/ credit/debit card) where the payment was made from.
For Cash on Delivery orders customers can choose their preferred mode of payment while placing their return request. A customer can choose to provide bank details or a UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, it usually takes upto 5 business days for the refund to reflect back in your account.

Can I return or exchange part of my order?

Products that are eligible for returns or exchanges can be returned within 7 days of delivery, even if your order contains other non-returnable products. Please note this is only applicable for returnable products such as shoes and bags, and not for non-returnable products such as stockings or socks.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for shoes. All other products are non-eligible for exchanges. Shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase provided they remain in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging including the box and/or any other packaging. Exchanges are available for the same product for a different size or colour option. Please note that the exchange order is only dispatched once the original product is received at the warehouse and passes a quality check. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and also to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

To request an exchange, please click Schedule a Return / Exchange and we will schedule the pick up for your products. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges.

Incase you recieved a Damaged item or tampered item

We have a team running rigorous quality checks on all our products, before shipping the order to you. However, in case you receive a damaged product, please email us at hello@theater.xyz with your order number and pictures of the damage in the product within 48 hours from the time of delivery. If the order qualifies for a replacement or a refund, a pick up will be scheduled. Please return the product in its original packaging. The new product will be dispatched once the damaged product is received back at the warehouse.

Incase of a Tampered item

On the time of delivery if you receive a shipment that is in a tampered state, we request you to not accept the parcel from the courier person and immediately inform us of the situation and we will help you further.

We reserve the right not to proceed with the refund of products that

(i) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

(ii) Product not preserved in its original condition, tags, and packaging.
