Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
We offer to ship to most locations in India. Shipping is chargeable to the customer unless mentioned otherwise.
We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed.
There is a nominal charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) if your PIN code is supported. If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Returns, Exchange and Cancellations: Stockings and Socks
Innerwear products are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery.
We do allow order cancellations provided the order has not yet shipped from our side. In case you want to cancel an order, please send us your request for cancellation and order number at hello@theater.xyz.
All refunds are made to the original mode of payment, except for COD orders. COD orders can be refunded through a direct bank transfer, or other modes of online payment, at our discretion.
If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at hello@theater.xyz with clear and detailed pictures of the product defect, along with your order number. We cannot sustain and/or accept standard and defective product return requests beyond 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns, Exchange and Cancellations: Shoes and Bags
Theater’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange Shoes purchased on our website within 7 days from the date of delivery for the reasons specified below:
i) receipt of a different product
ii) receipt of a defective item
iii) mismatch of size
We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and also to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
The Refund for the Return order will be generated right after the item qualifies for the quality check at our warehouse. However, in the case of replacements, the replacement order will be generated right after the successful pick up of the original item from you.
We reserve the right not to proceed with the refund of products that
(i) are damaged (Except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
(ii) Product not preserved in its original condition, tags, and packaging.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For COD orders, the refund will be credited to their bank account via a Payout link which will be sent to the Email address and phone number provided by them.
