Their exchange / return policy is null and void . My boots that were a size larger were neither returned nor exchanged. Extremely disappointed
The style & texture are great but the sizing should have been better.
I'm 172 cms tall & wear a size 3XL. While your website says it will fit till 4XL, for me, it's both a little short & a little tight.
All products were fine except for the brown stickings . The size was huge for a free size
Used stocking and torn
The tights keep rolling down and one has to keep pulling them back up every 30 mins.
Bad quality and the end of stokings are open so it has no socks just open ends.... not worth
loved the fur lining and sleek structure. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't pill so fast
The Design is No Doubt Classy
I love what you have in store, the designs are so chic and have a vintage luxury look to them! My only complaint is the sizing and the comfort factor, I ordered shoes and while 40 was too big, 39 was too small 🥴 the stockings and the shoes aren’t the comfiest but I think I’ll break into them :) thank you for the great experience! And I’m in love with the jewellery <3

It took way longer than the estimated delivery time and there were no updates or satisfactory customer support regarding the delay. You guys definitely need to work on that. Rest your product was lovely.
It's hard to find a plain black long classic formal socks these days - most youngsters have started wearing colourful printed socks even with formal/business wear.
I was actually pleasantly surprised to see theatre advertising these socks online. Although I found it to be exorbitantly priced, I wanted to give it a try if it solves my purpose.
The user experience wasn't all that great. It's really long and good looking pair of socks but starts losing it's grip from the first use itself and keep slipping the whole day. The same thing happened on the next two occasions when i wore it after washing.
So a pair of socks so expensive, if it can't stay in it's place for the whole day of work is no good.
The fact that it's so expensive makes it even more disappointing.
I received a smaller size so I opted for an exchange, I have received no details about the exchange order being delivered. On your WhatsApp service - it just says that it’s with the delivery partners. I have no tracking link no email about the logistics at all.
The ones I received some months back were way more thicker and the quality was better. For some reason I ordered my second pair the quality was so different from the first ones I received. I’m disappointed I guess.
I don’t like that the stockings are one-size. They don’t fit well for someone who is a size 25-26 waist. I would prefer specific sizes even though it’s stretchy. Everything else is great!
