Meanwhile, We’ll also be sending you updates throughout the journey of your order dispatch and delivery. How quick do you ship?
Once the order is placed, the order is dispatched the next business day. Delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 14 days depending on the location. However sometimes it takes longer than usual. Please note that delivery is managed by a third party shipping company and we cannot guarantee delivery times as the shipping company may experience unanticipated delays. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking notification via email or SMS.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping across India for regular orders. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we charge a nominal fee.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we only deliver in India.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
Often, shipping carriers will notify you when your parcel is expected to be delivered late. If your order has been stuck in transit for more than two weeks, please call us at +91 6280 662 328 or email us at email@example.com and we will sort it out for you.
I made a mistake in the delivery address that I provided, what do I do?
If there’s an error in your delivery address, please call us at +91 6280 662 328 as soon as possible. We will only be able to modify your delivery address before your order leaves our facility, so please let us know right away. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
My order says it has been delivered but I don't have it.

Are they size-inclusive?
Our stockings are made from a premium stretchable nylon fabric, and our standard size fits upto L/XL(depending on the product).
We mostly have sizes ranging from S-L (waist size: 24-36 inches), however the range of sizes vary with each product. Also, we have many pictures/videos with many different models showcasing these sizes!
Are they high-waisted?
Our tights have a wide waistband that sits comfortably at the natural waist. This is typically a "high waisted" style. Take a look at our selection! It may be what you're looking for.
What makes them different from other brands?
Our products are designed to feel soft and luxurious on your skin. The premium nylon-mix fabric in our stockings and socks is breathable, and can be worn all year round. It contains 15% spandex, providing enhanced stretchability and comfort. The band is soft and comfortable even with long hours of wear. Our products are crafted with great attention to detail and strong materials that make them durable. They don’t tear as easily as what is usually available in the market.
How do I wash them?
We recommend hand-washing your tights in cold water, every 5-6 wears or when needed, in order to get rid of the build-up of body oils and dead skin cells. It is also possible to wash our tights in a washing machine, on a delicate cycle, at 30 degrees celsius, preferably in a mesh garment bag. Avoid putting the tights in with anything that they can snag on, such as zippers, hooks, clasps, or any metal parts or heavy-duty clothing items.
Do you make custom orders?
We're super thrilled that you thought of us when wanting to create a pair of custom stockings. However, at this time we're not able to create custom designs or orders for customers. If you'd like to pass along your ideas, though, we may be able to incorporate them into future products.
Do you make products other than stockings?
Yes we do! We make tights and socks as well. Stay tuned on new product launches by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on social media.
SIZE AND STYLE
Are the stockings transparent?
We offer a range of styles in stockings. The sheer stockings are made of a thin premium fabric and designed to be highly transparent. The regular stockings are made of a thicker fabric and are more opaque in nature. However, even in our regular stockings, the nature of the premium fabric is such that there is a slight transparency when the fabric is stretched.

How do I best avoid tears, runs, and snags?
Please be aware that stockings are fragile garments. They require to be handled with care, especially the sheer products that are knitted very finely in order to be as thin as possible. Be sure to stretch your stockings before use and put them on by scrunching them up and rolling them on, from the toes and upwards, one leg at a time.
Be extra careful of external factors that could cause damage including, but not limited to: fingers- and toe nails, jewellery, footwear, other clothing items, and/or brushing up against furniture etc. And of course, cuddles from pets! Please make sure to unpack your product carefully, both from the external carton box and the interior protective bag. If despite this, you find that your product arrived faulty, please reach out to our customer service (email@example.com) right away.
